1)The formal admission notice issued by the foreign institution or a copy of the formal invitation letter signed by the foreign supervisor.
A. Should be printed on the special writing paper of the institution.
B. Should be issued by the person in charge of the department of foreign institutions.
C. Should be signed by the foreign supervisor.
2) It should be the unconditional offer, except for the following conditions:
A. The admission notice shouldn't take effect until the applicant has obtained the support from CSC.
B. The admission notice shouldn't take effect until the applicant provides the master's degree certificate;
3) The admission notice/invitation letter should contain the following contents:
A. Basic information of the applicant: name of the applicant, date of birth, domestic institutions, etc.;
B. Overseas study status: Ph.D. candidate or joint Ph.D. candidate;
C. Study abroad time: the term of study abroad and the starting and ending months should be specified (the enrollment time shouldn't be later than March 31, 2020);
D. Information of foreign instructors;
E. The content of study or research work abroad of invitee;
F. Waiving all tuition fees or obtaining full tuition subsidy and other relevant fee information;
G. Signature and contact information of the responsible person of the foreign institution.
A. The situation of education and academic background of foreign supervisor;
B. The situation of current research projects and paper publishing in the past 5 years;
C. Working experience in foreign academic research institutions.
D. The CV should be signed by the supervisor himself.
A. The content of test or assessment;
B. The specific time of test or interview or other forms of assessment;
C. Overall and partial assessment of English proficiency;
